Daily Bangla times :The main Jamaat (congregation) of the Eid-ul-Azha will be held at the National Eidgah here 7:30am on Thursday (June 29) to mark the second largest religious festivals of the Muslims.

 All preparations for holding the main Eid congregation at the National Eidgah have almost been completed. Dhaka South City Mayor Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh will visit the progress of the preparatory works at Eidgah at 11am tomorrow, said a DSCC press release here today.

A total of 35,000 devotees will be able to offer the Eid prayers together inside the main pandal while many more devotees would join the Eid Jamaat outside the paldal, it added.

In the case of inclement weather or any unavoidable circumstance, the release said, the main Eid congregation will be held at 8am at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque here.
