Daily Bangla Times: Bangladesh Railway will only use an online platform to sell advanced tickets ahead of the Eid-ul-Fitr festivities this year. The authority took the decision to stop passenger sufferings at ticket counters in Kamalapur. Railways Minister Md Nurul Islam Sujan made the announcement at the Railway Bhaban in the capital on Wednesday (March 22). He said that on April 7, the tickets for April 17 will be released, while the tickets for April 18, 19, 20, and 21 will be released on April 8, 9, 10 and 11, respectively. The minister also said total number of seats in the train departing from Dhaka will be 25,778 in this Eid. All the tickets will be available online for sale.
