Daily bangla times: Bangladesh Jewellers Association (Bajus) has announced a Tk1,166 hike per bhori in the price of gold.

Every bhori of 22-carat gold will cost Tk88,413 from Friday.

The price of 21-carat gold will be Tk84,389 per bhori, 18-carat gold Tk72,316 per bhori and traditional gold Tk60,302 per bhori.

Silver prices will remain unchanged. Twenty-two-carat silver now costs Tk1,516 per bhori, 21-carat Tk1,435 per bhori, 18-carat Tk1,225 per bhori and traditional silver Tk933 per bhori.
